The average sales price increased 6% from $932,250 in October 2010 to $988,961 in November 2010. November 2010 average sales price increased 25% from the November 2009 average sales price which was $788,772.

Average days on the market increased from 173 in October 2010 to 198 in November 2010, a 14% increase in market time. November 2009 average days on the market were 110.

Currently there are 452 Lake Norman waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 50 of those under contract. The average list price is $1,040,333. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $96,900 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront home is listed at $9,500,000.

The average sales price increased 63% from $571,108 in September 2010 to $932,250 in October 2010. October 2010 average sales price increased 12% from the October 2009 average sales price which was $835,295.

Average days on the market increased from 164 in September 2010 to 173 in October 2010, a 5% increase in market time. October 2009 average days on the market were 79.

Currently there are 482 waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 59 of those under contract. The average list price is $1,034,164. The lowest priced waterfront home is listed at $96,900 and the highest priced waterfront home is listed at $9,500,000.

Average days on the market dereased from 196 in August 2010 to 164 in September 2010, a 16% decrease in market time. September 2009 average days on the market were 70.

The average sales price increased 50% from $676,030 in July 2010 to $1,010,659 in August 2010. August 2010 average sales price increased 37% over the August 2009 average sales price which was $735,700.


Average days on the market increased from 187 in July 2010 to 196 in August 2010, a 5% increase in market time. August 2009 average days on the market were 254.


Currently there are 535 waterfront homes listed in the MLS. The average list price is $1,025,257. The lowest priced waterfront home is listed at $96,900 and the highest priced waterfront home is listed at $9,500,000.
